Marla is a California native but spent many years in Las Vegas before moving out to Bolivar and becoming a part of the Taylor-Made team. She loves the Bolivar community but still frequents a trip out to Vegas with her husband to visit family, and, of course, have a little fun. She is our expert in the field of administration, handling nearly every document that goes in and out of our business. Most impressively, however, she expertly puts up with the grown boys in the office and keeps them in line. (Thanks, Marla. We’d get nothing done without you). Her attention to detail, knack for organization, and disposition to kindness make us proud to have her run the office, and we have been for over 12 years!
Her attention to detail also carries over into her hobbies. Marla spends much of her free time creating “intricate doodles,” as she calls them– painstaking designs dancing with a beautiful array of colors and detailed to the smallest degree. They’re quite soothing to look at and always impressive. You may also find Marla reading, fishing, or working on her mission to watch (or rewatch) all the classic TV series– such as Stargate and Mad Men– with her husband. But her greatest source of pride and joy are her 3 children and 5 grandchildren.
